Retro Cel Anime Girl with Cat AI Image Prompt

Create an ultra-detailed retro Japanese anime illustration inspired by authentic late-1980s and early-1990s shoujo cel animation. Depict a beautiful young woman with porcelain skin, striking crystal-blue eyes, long flowing raven-black hair with soft curtain bangs, and calm confident expression. She wears an oversized ivory vintage blouse accessorized with layered oxidized silver necklaces, a black leather choker, hoop earrings, and delicate bracelets. She gently cradles a fluffy long-haired brown tabby cat with cream and white markings, both looking toward the viewer. Place them against a simple soft grey background with subtle paper texture to emphasize the characters. Illuminate the portrait using soft diffused studio lighting that produces elegant cel-shaded highlights and gentle shadows. Render with authentic hand-painted cel animation, clean vintage ink linework, delicate film grain, nostalgic color grading, painterly textures, and ultra-high-resolution remastered anime quality.
